(I have been a patron for almost a year, and they had a
HUGE GF menu until last month. Now, the chef
simply
prepares any entree listed on the daily menu GF. I
have
eaten there and never had issues. I have eaten at
other
CM restaurants (Fish Market, Cap City Diner) and had
serious
issues, so I feel the wait staff at Martini and the chef(s) are much
more concerned with diners' experiences.)

Notes from emails we have received:
2/2008:
BOMA had no problems accommodating me. They
even made the soup of the day with cornstarch & not flour (not
because of me).
Due Amici had no problems accommodating me. I had to make my menu
selection at the time of my reservation.
G. Michael's Bistro has said that they would have no problems
accommodating me. I just need to mention that I will be needing
gluten-free service at the time that I make the reservation.
I had called Old Bag of Nails because we were supposed to have a
family gathering there. They said that they could accommodate me,
and that they had accommodated others. We didn't actually make it
there.
I called Lemon Grass last night, and they told me that they could
accommodate a gluten-free/soy-free dinner. They said that they have
made exceptions for people by substituting rice & sauces...
