Directions:
1.
In
saucepan, combine butter, cocoa and 1 cup water.
2.
Bring
to a boil, stir constantly. Remove from heat.
3.
In
large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, soda, salt and
Xanthan Gum.
4.
Stir
in eggs, buttermilk and vanilla. Add cocoa mixture and mix
till well blended.
5.
Pour
into greased 15½" x 10½" x 1” baking pan.
6.
Bake
at 375° for 20 minutes.
7.
Immediately pour frosting over brownies, spread evenly, cool
and cut into bars.
