SIX-MINUTE CLASSIC PECAN PIE
2004 Conference Cookbook
Ingredients:

Eggs – slightly beaten
1 cup
Dark or Light Syrup
Sugar
1 ½ cups
Pecans – whole pieces
1
9” Pie Shell – unbaked
1 Tbl.
Butter – melted
1 tsp.
Vanilla
Directions:
1. Mix well.
2. Pour into crust, bake 350° for 40-50 minutes.
3. Cool on wire rack.
4. Makes 8 servings.
