CREAM CHEESE CUPCAKES
Ingredients:
3 8 oz pkgs Cream Cheese softened 1¼ C Sugar 5 Eggs 1¾ tsp Vanilla 1 C Sour Cream 2 Tbsp Jam
Directions:
Preheat oven 325°.
Line 24 muffin tin cups with paper liners.
Beat cream cheese with 1 cup sugar and eggs.
Add 1½ tsp vanilla.
Fill muffin liners 2/3 full.
Bake 40 min.
