Directions:
1.
Preheat oven to 375°.
2.
Grease
8” round pan.
3.
In
double-boiler over barely simmering water, melt chocolate
and butter until smooth.
4.
Remove
from heat and whisk in sugar.
5.
Add
eggs and combine well.
6.
Sift
in cocoa powder and whisk until smooth.
7.
Pour
batter into prepared pan.
8.
Bake
for 25 minutes or until thin crust is formed.
9.
Cool
cake for 5 minutes before removing from pan to cool
completely on wire rack.
10.
Transfer to serving plate and dust lightly with cocoa powder
or spread with Ganache.
11.
Refrigerate
