SUGAR MOLASSES COOKIES

Ingredients:
½ cup
Butter
¼ cup
Crisco
Molasses
3
Eggs
2 tsp.
Cinnamon
1 tsp.
Cloves
Ginger
24 oz.
Pamela’s Gourmet Pancake & Baking Mix
Directions:
1. Cream together shortening and sugar.
2. Add molasses and egg; beat well.
3. Mix remaining ingredients and add to first mixture.
4. Mix well. Chill until firm.
5. Form 1” balls, roll in sugar and place on greased cookie sheet, 2” apart.
6. Bake 325-350 degrees for 8-10 minutes
