TUILE COOKIES (ALMOND LACE BASKETS)

Ingredients:
20 oz.
Corn Syrup
Almonds – chopped
Sugar
1 lb.
Butter melted
Directions:
1. Combine corn syrup, sugar and almonds.
2. Pour hot melted butter over mixture.
3. Stir over ice bath until cool.
4. Scoop into desired size and bake until golden brown.
5. Cool and shape as needed.
