CRAB PIZZA
From 2001 Conference Cookbook
Ingredients:
12 oz
Cream Cheese – softened
2 Tbl.
Worcestershire Sauce
Mayonnaise
1 tsp.
Lemon Juice
1 small
Onion – grated
6 oz.
Chili Sauce or Seafood Cocktail Sauce – can combine the two
7 oz. can
Crabmeat
Parsley Flakes
Directions:
1. Mix 1st 5 ingredients and spread on a plate.
2. Layer chili sauce.
3. Top with crabmeat and sprinkle with parsley flakes.
4. Serve with GF Crackers.
