Directions:
1.
Combine egg, cottage cheese, ¼ cup parmesan cheese and
parsley flakes.
2.
Combine ground beef and sauce.
3.
Layer
half of the cooked noodles in baking dish.
4.
Spread
half the cottage cheese mixture over noodles, then half the
sauce mixture.
5.
Top
with half the mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers.
6.
Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese atop.
7.
Bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly, about 45-55
minutes, depending on your oven.
