HOBO DINNER

2004 Conference Cookbook

Ingredients:

3-4 oz.

Ground Beef – lean

1

Potato – medium, peeled, quartered

 

Salt & Pepper to taste

1

Carrot – large, peeled and sliced or quartered

1

Onion – small, peeled, quartered

Directions:

1.       Shape ground beef into a patty.

2.       Place all on a piece of heavy duty foil.

3.       Fold foil to make a package. Be sure all edges are sealed well.

4.       Bake 350 degrees for 60 minutes.

Note:  Each Hobo Dinner should be wrapped individually if making more than one.
