MEATBALLS IN BBQ SAUCE

2005 Conference Cookbook

Sauce Ingredients:

2 cups

Catsup

2 Tbsp

Minced Onions

¼ cup

Vinegar

2 Tbsp

Worcestershire Sauce

¼ cup

Brown Sugar

Meatball Ingredients:

1 lb

Ground Beef

¼ cup

BBQ Sauce (see above)

1

Small Egg

½ cup

Long Grain Rice - uncooked

Sauce Directions:

1.       Mix and cook over medium heat for 10 minutes.

Meatball Directions:

1.       Mix and roll into balls.

2.       Cook in BBQ Sauce over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.

Tip: Serve over rice.
