Directions:
1.
Brown
pork, add ½ cup water. Cover and simmer until tender – about
1 hour.
2.
Drain
pineapple and reserve juice.
3.
Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, pineapple juice, vinegar,
soy sauce and salt.
4.
Add to
pork, cook and stir until gravy thickens.
5.
Add
pineapple, green pepper and onion.
6.
Cook
2-3 minutes. Serve over rice.
Tip: This
recipe was one my mother always made and it’s wonderful!!
Also can use pressure cooker for pork or do it in electric
skillet or crock pot.
