pork, add ½ cup water. Cover and simmer until tender about
pineapple and reserve juice.
Combine brown sugar, cornstarch, pineapple juice, vinegar,
soy sauce and salt.
pork, cook and stir until gravy thickens.
pineapple, green pepper and onion.
2-3 minutes. Serve over rice.
recipe was one my mother always made and its wonderful!!
Also can use pressure cooker for pork or do it in electric
skillet or crock pot.
