Ingredients:
16 oz Light Kielbasa ( be sure to read label to check gluten
status- try Hillshire Farms)
16 oz new potatoes
2 green peppers
1 medium onion
Directions:
Cook potatoes and cut into quarters( leave the skin on for
more fiber).
Slice kielbasa into coins.
Slice onion and green peppers into strips and then heat in
large frying pan with 2 tablespoons of water.
When vegetables are tender add kielbasa and potatoes & cook
about 10 minutes.
