SALSA RICE

Ingredients:
1½ Cups Water
1½ Cups GF Salsa
Dash Red Pepper Flakes
3 Tbs Chopped Fresh Parsley
1¼ Cups Rice
Put water, salsa, red pepper flakes and parsley in a medium size pan and bring to a boil.
Stir in Rice.
Cover, lower heat and simmer until rice is tender and liquid is absorbed.
