Ingredients:

  • 2-1/4 cups Gluten-free flour mix
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon. xanthan gum
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/3 cups sugar
  • 2/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

  • Mix dry ingredients in a bowl.  Gluten-free flour mix, soda, baking powder, xanthan gum, and salt.
  • In a large bowl beat eggs, sugar, mayonnaise, and vanilla until fluffy.
  • Add dry ingredients – alternately with 1 cup sour cream – mix well.
  • In clean mixing bowl mix topping ingredients, nuts, sugars, cinnamon.
  • Grease andGF flour a 9×13 pan.
  • Spread half of batter in pan – sprinkle half of topping over batter.  Add rest of batter and top with rest of topping.
  • Bake in preheat oven 375° for 35-40 minutes.
