- 1 cup certified gluten-free rolled oats(Bobs Red Mill®)
- 2 Tablespoons honey
- 2 teaspoons olive oil or canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 2 Tablespoons Sunflower seeds or nuts
- 2 Tablespoons dried fruit(cherries, raisins or cranberries)
- Heat the honey in a skillet until it liquefies and then add oil.
- When oil & hone are hot add the rest of the ingredients.
- Cook about 10 minutes until the oats are toasted.
