Ingredients:

  •  2 – 8 oz packages Cream cheese
  •  3/4 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3/4 carton of (16 oz) sour cream
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

  • In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until creamy.
  • Add eggs – 1 at a time.
  • Pour  into a deep-dish pie plate.
  • Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and cool 20 minutes.
  • Topping: Mix sour cream with 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla.
  • Pour on top of cooled cake and bake for 15 minutes at 325°.
  • Refrigerate.
