- 2 – 8 oz packages Cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 carton of (16 oz) sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and 3/4 cup sugar until creamy.
- Add eggs – 1 at a time.
- Pour into a deep-dish pie plate.
- Bake at 325° for 50 minutes.
- Remove from oven and cool 20 minutes.
- Topping: Mix sour cream with 1/4 cup sugar and vanilla.
- Pour on top of cooled cake and bake for 15 minutes at 325°.
