Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp gluten-free vanilla
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 1/4 cup gluten-free flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 tsp salt

Directions:

  • Mix all ingredients in order that they appear in recipe.
  • Drop by spoonful on baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
  • Bake at 375 degrees until they start to turn golden brown.
