Ingredients:

  • 1 (50 oz) can whole cooked chicken, drained, bones and skin removed
  • 2 (10.75) oz cans of condensed gluten-free cream of chicken soup (try Walmart)
  • 1 1/8 cup water
  • 1 8 oz pkg of gf dry bread stuffing mix ( try Aldi’s)
  • 6 gluten-free hamburger buns- split

Directions:

  • Shred chicken and place in large pot or slow cooker.
  • Stir in soup and water
  • Stir in the seasoning from the stuffing and then stir in the dry stuffing mix.
  • Cook over medium heat until heated through.
  • Spoon on to buns and serve.
