Ingredients:

• 4 Tablespoons water
• 4 1/2 teaspoons white sugar
• 21/3 cups confections sugar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 cup Crisco®
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

• In glass measuring cup add water and white sugar.  Boil in microwave to make simple syrup until dissolved.
• In a medium bowl, mix confections sugar and egg with a fork.
• While hand mixer is running, stream in simple syrup and beat until combined.
• Beat in Crisco®.
• Add vanilla and any food coloring and beat until fluffy.
