- 3-4 pounds boneless chuck roast
- 12 oz can classic coke
- 28 oz gluten-free ketchup
- Place meat in slow cooker.
- Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours. (overnight)
- Cool slightly.
- Drain meat and pull apart discarding fat and gristle.
- Return to clean slow cooker.
- Add coke and ketchup.
- Cook additional 8 hours uncovered on low stirring occasionally.
- Serve on rolls or delicious on baked potatoes.
